CREAMED GARLIC SPINACH AND SWEET CORN

Sweet corn is a sweeter variety than regular corn as it has more sugar than starch.

It is more commonly classified as a vegetable and can be eaten whole either boiled or grilled,in salads, made sweet or savoury depending on ones preference.

It is a great source of Vitamin C and anti oxidants and when paired with beans it is  a marriage made in food heaven as it makes a complete protein.

I love sweet corn and especially when it is raw, try this recipe that uses boiled corn kernels and you will absolutely love it!
